Energize your spiritual path, balance your chakras and aura space, and release energy blocks to revitalize your relationships, job, family, and future. Transform your empathic nature to increase intuitive awareness in your daily life. The program is a set of energetic tools built up over the 4 weeks using visualization techniques. This active/visual style of meditation was developed by Lewis Bostwick 1973 and is now taught at many of the prominent intuitive development schools in the country. This program at Althea will use these techniques to focus on self-healing and increasing our intuitive awareness in our own daily life. 

The curriculum includes but not limited to the following:

·  Grounding and flowing energy to connect the body with the earth and the infinite

·  Setting energetic boundaries for the aura and protection 

·  Releasing energies that are no longer supportive, such as people, painful memories or other influences  

·  Replenishing your energy and setting your space with intentions that you choose

·  Working with healing concepts of creative energy and tools to separate yourself from other people's energy

·  Connecting with your spirit guide for self-healing and direction

·  Working with your spirit guide to exchange 10 min healings with the other students
