We're partnering with Habitual Roots to bring Yoga to Althea Center on Saturday mornings, starting Nov. 6th! 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM MT! Donations are appreciated but not required. This event free to our community.

"The intention of this class is to create a space where we can come together as a community to move our bodies, expand our minds, explore our breath, and re-connect to ourselves and those around us. We then work to integrate the teaching we receive on our mats into life.

This is a 60 minute- all levels class that will include movement as well an opportunity to mingle (safely) together, discussing varying topics as we support each other in an ever changing world.

This class is accessible to all, with the opportunity to donate to Habitual Roots Nonprofit and Althea Center for Engaged Spirituality."
