Althea member Aaron Kesteloot will share his personal experiences of battling depression and how it has affected him as a gay man. He will offer solutions to fighting depression, especially during the holiday season and as LGBTQ people. Group discussion will expand on the theme of depression during the holidays and being LGBTQ. Lack of family support can be a huge negative influence, so let's learn to love and support each other and create safe spaces through the upcoming holiday season.
