Distance Energy Healing Session with Elise Lasko of coReiki

December 28th; 6:00-7:00 pm MST on Zoom  

Join Althea for a 1 hour session of energy healing to create peace and relaxation throughout the hectic holiday season and upcoming new year. Elise Lasko with coReiki will be providing a combination of Reiki and Pranic Healing, both are energy healing practices that can be sent to participants from a distance.  

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that works with the body's natural processes to take energy where it is most needed in the physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual bodies.  

Pranic Healing is an Indian energy healing technique that works with "prana" or life force energy and accelerates the body's natural ability to heal itself. Pranic Healing is always facilitated hands off the body.  

This session will begin by using Reiki to bring participants into a state of deep relaxation while then using Pranic Healing to clear any stagnant energy in the body or chakras and also energize.  

About Elise Lasko: 

Elise is a Reiki Master Teacher with over 10 years of experience in a variety of fields.  As a woman who has experienced many challenges, I know how the complexities of personal and professional life can stand in the way of making important decisions. By learning to heal myself, I was able to pull myself out of my own mental and emotional breakdown with anxiety. Reiki helped me to simplify my anxiety and find healthy ways to manage it.
