Distance Energy Healing Session with Elise Lasko of coReiki

Join Althea for a 1 hour session of energy healing to create peace and relaxation throughout the hectic holiday season and upcoming new year. Elise Lasko with coReiki will be providing a combination of Reiki and Pranic Healing, both are energy healing practices that can be sent to participants from a distance.  

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that works with the body's natural processes to take energy where it is most needed in the physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual bodies.  

Pranic Healing is an Indian energy healing technique that works with "prana" or life force energy and accelerates the body's natural ability to heal itself. Pranic Healing is always facilitated hands off the body.
