Althea Workshop - Living Life, the Affirmative Way!
What if affirmations became a way of living, rather than just words? Are you affirming your heart and soul's desires?
In this experiential workshop, we will learn to live affirmatively by using New Thought principles, meditation, self-discovery, and sacred sharing. You will gain practical tools to align your thoughts, words, and actions with Spiritual Truth. This session is designed to help you affirm the highest possibilities for health, prosperity, relationships, purpose, and joy, rather than simply reacting to life’s circumstances.
Key Takeaways
- Understand the spiritual power of affirmations
- Learn to live from "Yes" instead of fear
- Create affirmations that support manifestation
- Experience sacred sharing and community connection
- Develop a daily affirmative living practice
“I AM a tower whose radiance is the inspiration to pen itself in its divinity in every shape and name through infinity. I think this - I speak this - write this - I live this.” ~ Emma Curtis Hopkins

Return to Oneness: Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation
Return to Oneness is a gentle, soul centered practice designed to bring us out of the noise of the mind and back into connection with the body, breath, and Spirit within. Through intentional movement, conscious breathwork, meditation, and moments of stillness, we’ll create space to soften, listen inward, and reconnect with the deeper presence that exists beneath our everyday thoughts and experiences.
Each class will be an invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are. Practices will be accessible and guided with an emphasis on presence rather than performance, allowing movement and breath to become forms of prayer, connection, and self discovery. No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary.

Facilitator Mariah Gatt is a spiritual mentor, somatic practitioner, yoga and meditation teacher, and writer devoted to helping people return to deeper connection with themselves and the Divine within. Her work weaves together yoga, breathwork, meditation, somatic practices, spirituality, and compassionate self inquiry to support greater presence, freedom, and wholeness. Originally from Malta and now based in Denver, Mariah believes that healing is not about becoming someone new, but remembering the wholeness and wisdom that have always existed within us.

The Emergence Althea
Why Crystal Singing Bowls?
The rich, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls create a peaceful soundscape that invites the body to relax and the mind to settle. Many people experience reduced stress, greater mental clarity, deeper relaxation, and a renewed sense of balance after even a brief session. Whether you're new to meditation or simply need a peaceful pause in your week, this immersive sound experience offers a gentle invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
Benefits of Crystal Singing Bowls
- Calm the Nervous System
The sustained tones and vibrations encourage deep relaxation, helping shift the body from the "fight or flight" stress response into the "rest and restore" state associated with the parasympathetic nervous system.
- Reduce Stress & Anxiety
Several small studies on sound meditation have found participants reported lower levels of tension, anxiety, anger, and fatigue after sessions. Many people also notice a greater sense of emotional ease and mental clarity afterward.
- Support Mindfulness
The resonant sounds naturally draw attention into the present moment, making meditation easier for beginners who find it difficult to quiet a busy mind.
- Promote Restful Sleep
Many participants report sleeping more soundly after sound meditation because of the deep state of relaxation it can foster.

- Encourage Emotional Release
The spacious, immersive experience can provide an opportunity to process emotions, let go of mental clutter, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace.
-Whole-Body Experience
Unlike listening to music through headphones, crystal bowls fill the room with sound waves that can be physically felt as well as heard, creating an immersive sensory experience.
